I know the information is here somewhere but I just cannot seem to find it. Probably because it's very basic and I just don't know the jargon very well.
I want to make a simple cable to ensure I don't wreck the headphone connector on my Clip+. by taking a neutrik NTP3RC-B, angled 3.5mm connector, a Neutrik NYS240BG female 3.5mm and a short piece of cable. Thing is, what cable do I use for this? I got some Cat5e lying around and the shop that sells these connectors also has microphone and speaker wire in various grades. I'm not looking to spend a fortune.
