(sorry, actually this question is about headphone *plugs*, if that is the right term for them....)

Hi everyone, my futuresonics em3's, l love them but they are three months old and the connections in the plug just came loose and now I only have sound in one ear. This may sound very stupid, but I have a Switchcraft Right Angle stereo mini plug. Will they work if I cut off the plug and put this one on? Or what can I use as a substitute plug (if anything). Thank you very much!

ANYONE? Please? Do you know what it's like to have your favorite headphones out of commission?

Sure you can, it might not be easy if the wires inside the sheath are enamel coated, but it is doable.
