Ok, complete NEWBIE here who knows absolutely NOTHING about amps and circuitry (apart from soldering?).

Anyway, I'm getting Ety ER-6 earphones and I was wondering how I could make an amp to compliment them (unfortunately, i am going to spend too much on the earphones

).
I need something pretty easy to understand that hopefully won't cost too much. Probably one of those *stick that resistor there and that capacitor there* type things.
I'm considering the Cmoy as it seems OK

. Anybody got any suggestions? Please give me a link to a site or something similar.

Build a CMoy first and if you liked doing the project, build a META42. Tangent has a lot of information on both amps. Read through his page and that will probably help you make a decision. Good Luck.
