Hi, 
I'm new to music, in terms of tech and combinations of features to get the best experience.
Could anyone please explain to me the necessary features to look for to get a quite-nice-base and some noise cancellation headset/ headphones?
If possible, i will like to look for one around 40 euro in Ireland.
