Well, I live in England and will be visiting New York from the 27th of July - 2nd of August, and if there is a game on; I would like to watch one.

However; the schedules of fixtures only show up to April. I'm not exactly clued up on basketball; so I don't even know if July is in season? But if it is, how would I go about booking some tickets for a game, and If its not possible this far ahead when can I? Also how much is a good position seat?

Thanks in advance,

Ben

No Knicks in July. It'll be New York Liberty. (women's basketball)

Indeed basketball season is winding down.

But if you're intent on going to see a sporting event you can go see the Yankees vs Tampa Bay Devil Rays or Yankees vs Chicago White Sox at the new Yankee stadium. That would probably still be a good time.

haha. Baseball is a lot more exciting watching in person. Plus Citi Field and the new Yankees stadium are very nice ballparks.

Sadly, there isn't much going on in August except baseball

Oh, furthermore it seems as if all the games for MLB are away during my visit
