wow - its finally here.
i'm *this* close to getting one and while DRM isn't a big issue for me, from what i have read in other posts, it will be for some people. so the X5 movement will only keep on growing i guess!
now all it needs is gapless baby.

I'm sure others are excited about this...but how many users really concerned about audio quality are using files inlaid with DRM from the online services?

Is the DRM the only thing updated? Sometimes they include tweaks to extend battery life, ect.

Can I download podcasts to my x5 now? Or will those only go to a Ipod?
