Hello everyone!

Glad to be here and enjoying the listening experiences so far

I have a pair of he4xx modded with brainwavz pads, and I’m using an aune x1s. I enjoy everything about them but I still feel like I could get a bit more clarity out of the aune..

Would you recommend any headphones to use with the aune? I’ve been thinking about getting a pair of hd650 or m1060s but nothing set yet.

Any recommendations?

Are you a listener who prefers "more bass", or 'more treble". ?
You speak of getting "more clarity", so, that tells me your headphones need to be more about the mids and high end, then the low end and the thump.
However, and to your question......If you need "More bass", then go with the HD650s., = IF you are certain you are going to buy something from the Senn HD6 family.
If not, you cant go wrong with the HD600s or HD660S.
And the M1060, is a planar and not a dynamic, so, it will sound nothing like the Senns.
However, its a good product, exceptional, with exceptional clarity when you consider its price, so this makes it one of the best products offered to allow you to enter the world of "Planar's".
