Yea, I have intermittent problems with Tangent's website myself. It seemed to be pretty bad last night as well. I was going to PM him about it, but it was working again by the time I went to try to figure out what was happening. Now that there's corroborating evidence I'd suggest maybe Tangent check out some external monitoring of his website or switch ISPs because I've been seeing this intermittently for weeks now
