Hi, I'm looking to buy sport earphones, more specifically earbuds. I've used Sennheiser MX 680, but they started to sound bad due to excessive sweating, and I've also lost the ring that fits me best, so I'm wondering whether to buy another pair since I'm quite satisfied with them, and wouldn't mind spending the 30 euros again.
However, I need them soon, and I'm having a hard time finding them in shops nearby. The options I got are:
- Sennheiser MX 685 SPORTS - 40 euro
- MONSTER iSports Strive - 80 euro
I'd prefer to spend an amount closer to the Sennheisers, to be honest.
How do these two compare between them, and with my previous MX680? I plan to listen mainly to rock/metal.
I've read that the Mosters have bloated bass and recessed mids/highs, but I didn't find anything for the MX685.
What would you recommend? Thanks in advance.
