Hello I'm looking for some lets say "upgrade". I'm currently using hd558 + modmic + external sound card maya u5 from audiotrak also i have some rarely used speakers. After some research i decided that Creative Sound Blaster Omni 5.1 would be best choice. I was also thinking about xonar u7 but it cost like 50% more than Omni card in my country. It's worth to do such upgrade? I would be glad if someone could propose a better choice.

Xonar DX/D1 is not a good choice for headphones.
