Has anyone else tried the New Korg PX5D HeadPhone Amp with USB DAC?

Actually, Korg markets this to guitar and bass players....and describes the PX5D as "Personal Multi-Effect Processor with USB" i.e. a practice device which lets you listen to a source and your guitar, simultaneously, through your headphones so the wife does not have to hear you "strangeling the cat"...and which Korg says "serves double duty as a stereo USB audio interface, allowing you convenient access to audio recording software on your computer"

Korg - Product Details

So is this Korg PX5D a legit HeadPhone Amp with USB DAC? ...as it would be defined in this forum?

I have not looked inside to determine what DAC or opamp Korg put in this device...but I want to.
