I reached out to Mytek to see if they might be coming out with a dac that was similar to the Brooklyn but didn't have the built in headphone amp. They responded with the following

We will be releasing a new 2 channel DAC with MQA option which will be cheaper than Brooklyn in 2 months.
I think this could be interesting option for you.
I asked them if they had any more information but they have yet to respond. Has anyone else heard anything about this? I am curious as to its specs and price point.
