I received my pair yesterday. My experience is bittersweet. At first, I didn't like the false sense of soundstage (my mind has to fill the gaps), but, I'm used to it now. Second thing, they are not tuned well... there is too much bass and treble, so, out of the box, they're bloated, and, fatiguing... with some EQ though, they're great. And, finally, my third and last remark is the driver flex... it's a very real problem. Everytime I put them on I have to flex the driver out or in until the sound is right.
If anything may bring me to return them, it'll be the driver flex.
Edit : I would say that I got used to having to fill the gaps, because I appreciate them enough to do so/in order to keep them. Otherwise, objectively speaking, the soundstage is almost nonexistent (in the sense of how it's meant to be by the creator of the music)... it is literally the canal of the earphones... no front or back, just that... So, front and back have to be imagined... which does put some strain on my nerves, so, I won't use them for relaxing listening, or, immersion/meditation.
Edit 2 : It's also concerning (the driver flex)... I can imagine it could degrade over time.
