IGN riview of the SlimX iMP-400

I thought iRiver was working on supporting Ogg Vorbis.

Maybe that will be a firmware upgrade.

With the New IMP-400 due out soon, how much of a price drop do you think the Slim-X 350 will have ???. Right now on E-Bay, they are going for about $130 to $140.

Human hearing is logrithmic so a 20% increase in power will not be perceived to be 20% louder to the human ear. In fact for the human ear to perceive something to be twice as loud you need 10X the power. Thus a 20% increase in power output is almost nothing as you suggest. I agree, I doubt anyone could hear the difference.
