Anyone able to compare all 3 ipods? I wonder how the nano compares because it's the one I want the most.

Of the three ipods you mention, the first is just another ipod made by Apple and has all the usual problems of ipods. The second is also just another ipod made by Apple and has all the usual problems of ipods. The third, well, you see where this is going.

1 question myself: When you turn the volume all the way down is it SILENT, or can you still hear tunes playing. The Classic 80 & 160 still have sound coming out the HP on them. My son's is kinda' loud. Thinking about getting this or the touch - still on the fence till next weekend.

Apple say my 16GB Nano is due on or before Sept 24th

I did a brief test in the Apple store last night, nywytboy. Both the Classic 120 and the Nano have a very slight degree of music when the volume is all the way down. It still seemed to be significantly less than my Classic 160. The iPhone 3G, on the other hand, had none. I was using Sleek SA-6 IEMs for the test.

@Trager - thanks for the speedy reply. I'm gonna' jump on the Touch and see if it's a little more my speed then. I still like the Classic 120 myself though. Next weekend I'll have a new luv in the house!!!
