After almost two years of having my ECCI PR401 earphones, the wiring within the cable somehow became detached and left me with no audio. A friend was able to patch up the problem, so although I can use them now I know their days are limited. So, now begins the search for a new set of IEM's... My price range is around $70-100, and the sound signature I like is very similar to the PR401's, given that I listen to a lot of electronic music. I have considered buying another pair of PR401's, but I would like a bit of a change, perhaps if there's something better for the job in the current market. Suggestions on the future buy would help a lot!
