I'm completely lost when it comes to IEMs. Can you guys recommend me an IEM in the 150Euro range? I like forward mids and neutral bass, currently i have the AT ATH-MSR7. Im an AT fan. The IEM should be avaible in the European market since i want to avoid importing.

The Shure SE315 fit your description. They are however slightly more expensive (about 190€).
 
They're very clear and precise with a very neutral bass.
