HiFiMan HE-560 Planar Magnetic Headphones​

HiFiMan is launching a new planar magnetic headphone called the HE-560 and it should start shipping this month, May 2014.

HiFiMan set out to improve upon their HE-500 headphones with the HE-560. The new ear cups are made of teak wood with an unfinished satin look. Early reviews are talking about the improved, wider more even soundstage.

It will also include, a new headband with a gimbal at the top that rotates for improved comfort, new updated drivers that will be utilizing half the magnet size greatly reducing the weight compared to its predecessor the HE-500. It will also be more comfortable due to the decreased weight, upgraded velour ear pads, and enhanced sound quality. These updates will also improve and decrease fatigue from long listening sessions.

The HE-560's will still use the same detachable headphone connectors so if you have upgrade headphone cables that fit the discontinued HiFiMan models, HE-500 or HE-400, they should still fit these headphones.

The HiFiMan HE-560 is a must have for any audiophile or headphone aficionado.
