Hi All,

Here's my situation, can anyboy give me an hand on what I should be choosing equipment wise to get the best sound out of my IPOD.

I'm looking at spending approx £125 on Ipod Dock, £150 on speakers, £200 on amp, & £200 on dac if needed, I will also factor in extra for accessories.

So here's my situation, I have a small studio room and am looking to setup a mini system in there to play my music, space is very limited but sound quality is important to me, though I'm on a budget.  The focal point of the System will be my IPOD, in terms of Ipod Dock I've been looking at the Pure i20 & Onkyo ND-S1, speakers I've been looking at the audio engine a2's as they are micro and would fit in well with my budget and limited space, if there are better speakers on the market that are the same size please let me know?

So assuming I have my IPOD, Specialist IPOD Dock & Speakers what else do I need to get the best possible sound out of my IPOD?

I'm assuming I would need some kind of DAC & then AMP or maybe even a Integrated Amp/Dac? Again both of these devices have to be extremely small as space is limited

Can anybody let me know what I would need & does anybody have any suggestions on what I should buy for either if I have say a £200 budget per device or combinded £400 budget.

Thanks In Advance,
