I have had a Beyerdynamic DT531 for about 2-3 years. They have been very good on my head. Perfect for computer useage. But know the cord have a play (I think the word is) So I am going to buy a new pair of headphones for some usage.
The price range is ~200$. I want some more bass in the headphones then in the DT531. I have a B-tech headphone amp without any modifications. They did my DT531 get some more bass! I want a closed headphone this time.
So, any recomendations?
Have been looking at the Beyerdynamic DT770, and they seems good. But can my computer drive and b-tech amp drive them so they sounds good? Have also looked at the Grado SR80: http://www.gradolabs.com/product_pages/sr80.htm
