While the specs look slightly different, it's a dead ringer for the MG HEAD DT/OTL MKII. And it's $899 on their site...

I don't think having a 12AU7 instead of a 12AX7 is "slightly" different -- methinks you (mis)judge a book by its cover.

That said, there are only so many headphone amp designs, even fewer that are tube amp designs, even fewer of the single input/driver tube and two power/output tubes variety, and fewer yet of the 12A-7/EL84 variety. There is still plenty of variation within that construct.
