< I did send this to someone specific after seeing a mod they did, then though I should try to get a general consensus of recommendations>

Hey there,
I am brand new here, I found the site today after going crazy, trying to find a comfortable headset, not to tight of a squeeze, but holds on well. That's the least of my worries to be exact.

Don't beat me away yet, but I used to have these for work.

For what they are, they are very comfy, and I was using them for gaming also. What I want is a high quality audio headset for music and gaming. I listen to everything Louis, Ella, and a lot of current stuff within the last 20 years. If it is a quality recording, I will probably like it. Even some rap, but that is not what a base quality after lol. Right now I have these other crappy head phones that are not what I thought they were, but for $80, I should not have expected much I just needed something fast when I bought them.

Anyway, I can't find anything of quality with a mic. However I did just bump into the V-Modo M 100 and 80's which I like AND they have an add on $30 mic, but it kinda blows from what I have heard from audio recordings.

So I am looking for a nice comfy headset for 9-12 hours of use a day, with a mic because I use it for work, and I am a PC gamer. I really don't want to spend more than $150, as I get paid very poorly for what I do. I have considered going to $199. PLEASE NO USB headsets.

So, do you have a recommendation, or suggestion for mod and how much would you charge to modify for mic?

Thanks for your time and response!

(Discontinued by Manufacturer) - thanks for the reply they still have some available as well.

They look decent, but not sure about sound quality - also wanting to use 3.mm which these DO have.

There are good quality headsets with mics. They're just really freaking expensive.

The top two headsets are their best ones (THEY'RE EPIC) however are very expensive. However, there's a bright side. I have found legitimate Audio-Technica products on Amazon 50% off in the past so I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

EDIT: Here's the link I forgot to provide (oops) http://www.audio-technica.com/cgi-bin/product_search/headphones/headphones_cat.pl?select_multiple_3=Headphones%20with%20Microphones

Sound quality is probably the best in the price range.
