thanks. my app is ver 3.8. supposingly the latest on google play store. do you mean the older ver might work?

I downloaded and tried installed on my phone (samsung zfold4) over my v3.8 app already installed but not successful. the app installer seems saying the apk file (25mb) is not valid and couldn't complete the installation. the screen cap (my phone's system message language is in chinese)

i also got btr7 and utws5 and both connected swiftly without issues . . .

Dear friend,

You would need to uninstall the new version before installing the old version. But the old version is not compatible with BTR7.
We have reported to the engineer for checking again and hope they could improve about that in the later update soon.

Where can you get the last firmware ? The link on fiio is no good anymore.
