I am looking for an new amp dac combo. 
 
Max $300
Headphones: Meze 99 classic or Shure 1540 (will soon get both, not decided which I will keep).
I am using Tidal HIFI with Flac 1411 kbps files.
It does not need to be portable. 
 
I have looked on the O2+ODAC REV B, Audioengine D1, the Fiio K5+e17k combo and the Schiit Magni 2 and Modi 2 uber combo.

There is also NFB-11 and SMSL M8 is very worth it if you can find one for 150 (massdrop price).

What about Shure SRH1540 + Apogee Groove? This headphones amplifier + DAC seen to be awesome! I never used it before, but if I buy an amplifier for my Shure SRH440 headphones, will be this from Apogee or Focusrite Vrm box. I like this brands I mentioned and in my audio course, these brands were mentioned. Apogee Groove costs less than $300,00. Unfortunately this amplifier is not mentioned or found in my country, but Focusrite one yes.
