I sent off an email to Sigler music Friday explaining that the right driver had failed and that I would like to do an exchange. Got an email back just a couple hours later saying they were sending me a new pair immediately! And they did not even ask for the old pair back!

Maybe my first pair was just a bad apple, but the service I've received from Sigler music has been nothing short of outstanding. They will most assuredly be getting my business again...
