So, I'm thinking of getting a pair of new cans for home use. I don't really know which ones to get and what to amp them with. Price isn't really an issue and right now I'm looking at the Grado GS1000 and the Ultrasone Edition 9.
I haven't found a any review on the latter cans, so how do they sound and are they worth the extra money?
Also, which cans would be the best for the music I listen to (laid back rock, Dire Straits and the like)?

And, with what amp (in a reasonable price range, say half of what the cans cost) would go the best together with the cans? I'm gonna listen to them from my PC, so I guess that a digital in would be good on the amp.

Okay, say that I got the Grado GS1000. What would be a good amp to go with them? Nothing to expensive though, as the cans are quite expensive by themselves.
