New cables

I have quite a bit of experience building cables from my radio days, so I ordered up some parts and here's the result. I'm also working a few variations using Belden, Canare, and Kimber cables with Nuetrik, Cardas and Canare connectors. Now I remember why I used to like building patch cords and mic cables.

The cable looks like this. (You've probably already seen this but thought it would help just incase he did his diffrent then yours.)

It's a little challenging getting the Techflex to look right. I had to use a pair of helper hands to hold the techflex jacket back from the terminals while I soldered the wires. The 1/8 inch techflex works better than the 1/4 inch stuff for the Homegrown wire. The 1/4 inch looks better on the Canare and Belden cable. Since this picture was taken I put the smaller jacket on the shorter wire and it looks much better. Sounds great too. I hope the solid core silver wire can take some abuse because it's not that flexible
