im looking for new cable for my Senn HD555's the requirements are i want a mini jack without the use of a converter and the cables to be about 5ft or under

If you are looking for a complete recable try Alex at APureSound - Where The Music Is Always Pure only $200 for 5ft.

It would probably make more sense to have the stock cable trimmed and soldered to a mini-jack.

HD555/595 cables can be easily made with the right size pin plug.

if i did cut the retail cables would could i find a quality mini jack?
