Just got these, I haven't had any IEMs of anywhere near this quality. I have heard they need a burn in? What is my best bet with these dynamic drivers burn-in wise? Also, one is SUPER loud and the other is rather quiet, will this go away with burn-in or is there something wrong them?

I had a similar issue with the volume but it was with a pair of $20 skullcandies (shun me for mentioning that brand....)
 
As for the burn in Ive heard most people recommend pink noise.

That may not go away with burn in. I'd contact Aurisonics CS, they're really nice people and should fix the problem.
