Wait...you want to change the video card on your laptop or you are looking a getting a new laptop??
I am not sure that it is that easy of a task to change the video on a laptop, many of them have video chips soldered onto the motherboard, which would make changing it a bit tough.
There might be somebody else with a better opinion out there though.
