Hi!

I'm having trouble with the neutron music player. I'm getting quite a high amount of artifacts in the form of scratch/popping/cracking.

I don't use the EQ, the gain, anything except 64bit, dither and audiophile resampling.

Phone is Nexus 5 4.4.2 and headphones are V-Moda M100

No problem at all on Poweramp (trial) or the regular google player.

EDIT: Anybody had similar issues?

It was hissing on my Galaxy S3, something it didn't do on my original Galaxy S, and that's for both earphone output and USB OTG. Switching off all processing did the trick, but then what's the point in Neutron if I can't tweak the EQ (especially when using the earphone out) and crossfeed?

A few weeks ago though it updated and I tried it out just for the heck of it, I was surprised to find that there was no more hissing, but the battery still drains noticeably faster than with MediaMonkey. I still use it with my ASG-1 IEMs though.
