I've come across these people. Does anyone know about this manufacturer? Seems quite interesting as they have got an array of amps.

As far as I am aware, NVA is a well respected maker of hifi equipment, based in the UK, with a specific interest in well designed power stages. I have not heard the amp you write about, but there is a thread at the Rock Grotto devoted to it:
