I've been using this IEM for a while now and the foam tips are starting to fall apart. Where can I get some replacements? I checked their official website, it's 15+shipping for 5 pairs, a bit expensive imo.

they don't seem to be matching the model I have, can I still use them?
 
A couple of other questions...
how often should you change the filters?
if you have a pair of Etymotic, which kind of ear tip works best for you?

you might try the shure olives, comply also makes tips that fit; wax guard is the comply tx series, that's all for foams as far as i know and of course the originals. i think you'll find they're all pretty much the same price.
