Due to a housing move, I've lost one of the "mushrooms" (the ear plug part of the headset) on my Motorola bluetooth headset.  They aren't the typical aperture, can someone help me find some new buds for this thing?  The aperture is about a half inch, much wider than on typical IEMs.
 
Second question:  For cell phone, what bluetooth headset would you recommend with decent highs, a mic and controls, and adequate (but not bass head) bass.  And something that will have a charge that lasts a few hours.
