Hi, I need help selecting a new Headphones. I'm not a complete basshead, so the headphones should be well rounded in sound. I listen to rock, pop, jazz and many different types 

. I would be using them on my iPods and my PC from time to time, but mostly my iPods. And I'd prefer headphones from rather well known companies like Sony, Sennheisers Audio-technca e.t.c, only because they are easily available. I was going for ATH-M50, though over budget, but had heard a lot about it.. but now they are way above budget.. 
I did some net surfing(the usual noob research

).. I stumbled upon HD 449, HD439 by Sennheiser.. But I would really like more options in that price range...

I enjoy my hd439 with a fii0 e6 amp. Lots of bass on the bass setting but enough on the low.
