I've done my fair share of utilizing the search function here, unfortunately a lot of the recommendations were way out of my price range. To give you guys a little background in what I'm looking for...
Price: Ideally ~$100 but can go up-to/over $150 if there's a really persuasive argument.
Open/Closed: No preference
Amp: I don't own one and haven't budgeted for one either unfortunately.
Primary Music: Electronica, Synthpop, Indie
Secondary Listening (not as important, really only relevant if it helps narrow down between a few options): Some Dub Step/Electronic (Skrillex, Nero, Flux Pavillion) and 2000's R&B/rap (Usher, R. Kelley, Nelly).
Bass (as it seems like most people ask this question): I don't need head-vibrating deep bass out of my cans. Of course having some oomph would be nice but as long as there's some presence and the rest sounds good, I'll be happy.
If I failed to touch on anything, just ask and I'll fill in the details.
