Im ordering my parts for my DIY 3.5mm to RCA cable
The parts im ordering are

Canare F11 mini plug (are there any higher quality 3.5 connectors out there?)

Canare 4s11 4 conductor speaker cable (I know many people use the star quad series but the AWG is really low would it make a difference if I use these speaker cable wires instead?)

No idea of the particular cable you mentioned. But speaker cable are made with different objective from cables meant to carry line level signal, though you probably won't be able to tell.

Low AWG only mean that it is thicker, using thicker cable than you need means having more capacitance than you can otherwise have.

You'll have a FUN time trying to fit speaker wire into the 3.5mm connector. I use (Mogami) mini-quad for most "smaller" applications and regular quad for anything larger.
