What do you guys recommend?
 
- sound quality and comfort is important to me
- I'd prefer something noise-isolating/cancelling since I usually workout indoors
- sweat resistant would be nice as well

I am very happy with the Hisound E212. It has a lot of bass which I like during a workout.

What's your budget? Any sound signature preference? You are looking for IEMs, right?

Yurbuds makes quite comfortable sports earphones, at a low cost. I have used their Inspire Series of earphones (although I dont quite remember which model). http://yurbuds.com/products/in-the-ear/inspire/ At $30 you cant really go wrong. SQ is nothing spectacular, but at least I recall it providing decent quality bass. Comfort is where it excels, at least to my ears for everyone's ears are different, they are sweat resistant and dont fall out thanks to their twist and lock design. They arent noise cancelling, but are relatively noise isolating.
