What do you guys recommend?
 
- sound quality and comfort is important to me
- I'd prefer something noise-isolating/cancelling since I usually workout indoors
- sweat resistant would be nice as well

Try Sennheiser MX685 or OMX series: sports series earbuds (MX685) and IEM (OMX)
 
Sony also has some sweat resistant looped in-ears.
 
Or the Sony Walkman W273 is an interesting IEM + Player combination. Think I heard it's waterproof and using IEM's it does isolate well.
