If you're like me, there's aways not enough music, so I need some help finding more great stuff to listen to.

If you like guitar based music: Joe Satriani. Simply foot tapping, magical guitarist with feeling out of this world.

Hard to decide between albums, because they are all good, but you could try "Is There Love In Space?"

Use Pandora online radio to find artists similar to those you already enjoy.

add some Soundgarden to your diet...
BadMotorFinger & Superunknown are good places to start.

Morcheeba and Massive Attack are great groovy electronic triphop groups, both offering decent catalogs. I really like "Blue Lines" by MA.

"Cure for Pain" (1st) & "The Night" (2nd) by Morphine are classic underground blues-jazz-rock sludgefests

If you've never listened to it, Gang of Four's "Entertainment" is a cool disc... these guys influenced a lot of current bands.

Get some Stooges/Iggy Pop in the mix... "Funhouse" is a good place to start. "King Biscuit Flower Hour" Live is an earth scortching effort. (Andy Gill from Gang of Four plays mind bending guitar licks throughout)

Rush's "Exit Stage Left" is a worthy old school offering.

I personally like GNR's "Spaghetti Incident" as they do a great job with some of the earlier punk cover tunes.

Two that come to mind are:

Placebo
Pinback

Also, if you like TMBG you might like some of Jonathan Coulton's stuff.

I think Pandora's 128k feed is better than *most*, but I still can't listen for more than about an hour at a time or so.

Forsaken Sound, I can't use Pandora, I only get this message:
Quote:

Dear Pandora Visitor,

We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.

That radiobit website is sweet though. =D
