I recently moved into a new apartment where the traffic noise is really bad. I am searching for the best set of headphones that :
 
1 Active noise cancelling 
 
2. Over the ear
 
3. Blue tooth
 
I just can't seem to find a good set. Would like to spend $350 or less for the pair.
