I'm very new to the headphone community, and I'm looking to buy a pair of noise-cancelling headphones, as my old Sennheiser PX100's just won't do the trick while I'm constantly travelling on the London Underground. I've narrowed my choice down to 3 possible phones, which are...

Sennheiser PXC 450 £185
Audio Technica ATH-ANC7 £120
Panasonic RP-HC3000 £80

Could anybody give me some feedback on these 3 headphones? Any help is really appreciated. I'm gonna be using these headphones with my iPod, if that makes any difference.
