So I need a set of decent RCA Interconnects to connect my Bifrost to my Valhalla, and then my PC to my Bifrost (USB A - B)
 
I really don't want keep using a chepo USB cable and Monster RCAs. But I also cant afford $70 per cable

Use these for my Bifrost to Valhalla. No issues, cant comment on their "sound", but well built and do what they should. Haven't tried their USB though, just RCA interconnects and optical.

In the US, Blue Jeans Cable would be my first choice.

I've good news for you. Decent audiophile cables will cost a lot more than $70. I really doubt you'll be able to hear a difference between, say, a properly built $30 cable and a $70 one.
