[Lotus21]

Hello,
Im lookin for some new headphones. I listen mostly to Ambient and Folk music (so id like some clear sound for acoustic instruments).
Ive found these two (wich fit my budget 100 - 150 USD)
 
AKG K450 and Sennheiser PX 210 BT
 
The both look pretty nice, claim to have great sound quality and are posiible to use wireless via Bluetooth.
I currently own a 5th gen iPod 32gb, but the battery is playin tricks on me so I might need to get a new player aswell most likely to be a iPod Touch 4G 32gb (coz is has BlueTooth).
 
Anyway if anyone can help me out to either choose between these two or maybe knows a better alternative please let me know.
