i need some advice before i hit the button..
after looking around, i think my 1st rig for my mylarXB(possible to get the x3 as well) would be :

-nano 2G 4gb/8gb
-Crossroads LOD(1st timer shouldn't worry much bout cables right?)
-ibasso t2 (or t1)
-mylar XB(owned)

i have heard the ipod 5g(which should be around same SQ with the nano2g) straight from headphone jack using mylar XB,and it sounded quite harsh/a bit sibilant, and lacks punch+depth in bass, overall sound kinda too dry/cold..
hopefully ibasso t2 can solve this as it is supposed to give warmer sound signature?
t1 or t2, i can try around when i get to singapore,
maybe even try other amps as well..

nano+ibasso+mylar, i can use them when jogging/gym

and the mylars(xB or x3) are quite high value stuff worth building my rig around i guess...

but i still need some advice to make me sure i got my choice right..
the tought of getting clix2/cowon d2/sony nw-407 unamped is still bugging me

as ultra portable+budget rig, what would you say?

any help would be appreciated..

If you want a cheaper and likely better sound rig, pair the XB's or X3's with a Meizu M6 (or M3 for a more nano sized rig). The synergy between these two pieces of gear is supposed to be pretty impressive. And if you really do want a portable rig, you can't do much better than this. Look at house of Dap, the 4 gig M3 is on sale for $100 now.

would the m6 straight out beat the soundstage,bass impact/depth,warmth of nano2g+ibasso t2?
since this is my most important criteria..

basically i needed some rig that would fill my time in gym/jogging, but with better SQ than the ipod5g..

what came onto my mind is using these:
-nano 2G+ibasso t2 (or t1)
although im still considering these stuff:
-clix2
-cowon d2
-sony nw-407 unamped
-iriver h10 <- just added
any advices?
