Hello everybody out there, long time since the last. Well this time i need to ask some things, first of all i need some acceptables IEM's i have a reaaaally low budget so i have this two in concideration now ( if you think there are better ones for the budget please tell me!!

Also i was wondering if someonw can tell me if there is a good portable player out there in less than 100 bucks that can play .wav or .flac? even if there are not to many? cause the truth is that this iems will be used in phones and a ipod shuffle, so...
