Need simple USB -> SPDIF device that supports 44.1khz bit-perfect output

I have been unable to convince the UA202 to pass DD/DTS bitstreams through SPDIF without decoding it and just passing 2 channel PCM.  Maybe it'll be better on Windows 10, but I'm skeptical.  Have you had success?

Ah, I see. It doesn't support DD/DTS directly (uses teh receiver). At bottom of this might help:

Hi I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for but have you seen this - Sound Blaster X7.  It does both Dolby Digital (5.1) and 24/192 output.  There's a thread on it in this forum here - Creative Sound Blaster X7 - Detailed Review & Impressions

This is what you want, KyPeN:  https://www.amazon.com/Syba-SD-DAC63057-Stereo-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B009WN7QT4/

The coaxial output is a bit wonky for me (sometimes surround sound doesn't send through the port but it does through optical) but optical works with no issue whatsoever. I use it on my OpenELEC setup.
