You could buy my barely-used Eterna Rev.2 for $65 + shipping *shrug* I paid $76. I'll even throw in the UE single flanges I bought for them - these are the tips |joker| recommends for them in his review, and they do quite well. I'll say the Sony Hybrids give more bass and isolation, but the UE are better for overall SQ and comfort; they feel very natural on the Eterna, a bit like the stock tips only sturdier, better seal, and better isolation.
You could also get SE215s (which are the reason I am willing to sell the Eterna ^_^) for about $100 USD on Amazon or possibly in retail; I believe some Best Buys stock them. I got mine from a local music store. Maybe a Guitar Center? Or something similar. They aren't warm like the Eternas but sound much clearer with better treble, more forward mids for vocals, and less mid-bass; IMO they can stand toe-to-toe with the Eternas in bass impact (not quantity though) if EQ'd properly, which IME they respond very well to. Overall they are a slightly less natural sounding IEM, but the instrument separation definitely tops the Eterna, and maybe even the soundstage as well. There have been some problems with quality control, apparently, but I haven't had any problems, and, well, that's why they have a warranty.
