Does anyone know any portable headphones that does not leak for commuting? The smaller the footprint the better. IEM's, earbuds and earclips are no-go for me.

The Sennheiser HD25-1 mk2 is relatively small and isolates very well but is $200. If your budget is low, the $13 JVC HA-S160 doesn't isolate as well, however for the price it does sound quite excellent, and unless you are blasting the music, those sitting next to you probably won't hear it. There are also some compact headphone in between the two as far as price and isolation. I guess the AKGK450 (around $100) is one to consider. The Sennheiser PX200II(around $90) is another.
 
I can't believe how good the JVC HA-S160 sounds for just $13. It is my favorite headphone under $40.
