Need recommendation for a cheap DAC/Amp/Bluetooth Receiver Combo

I am mainly using my Neumann speaker these days for my desk setup, but I also have a Music Cast 500 Vinyl player that I use from time to time to play LPs.

I am looking for a device that can:
1) Have XLR output to use with my active speakers
2) Have Bluetooth Receiver capacity to play music from my Vinyl Player.

It seems Topping D90 will do the trick, but I am really looking for something cheaper, like sub-200 used.

Any recommendation?

The SMSL DL200 or M300se would do the trick. I've had both and use a DL200 for a daily driver. The M300se is 4 volt output and the DL200 is 5 volts on the balanced side depending what your speakers can handle. Both under 200 beans.

DL200 looks great. Only thing it doesn't have XLR, I guess it is easier just to get TRX to XLR cable.
